Introduction to the programme

The best possible start to your career

High-Performance Pathway is for people aged 25 and under, either entering the workplace for the first time or a little further along in their career. In this three-month programme, we’ll put you on the path to becoming a high performer by bridging the gap between education and work. You’ll learn how a business works, why taking ownership of your performance will help you go further, and how to communicate effectively with your boss and co-workers. We’ll also help you to build a focused and structured Personal Development Plan.

Application criteria

Anyone aged 25 or under at the time of enrolment (separate pricing for those over 25)

  • Businesses can enrol their team or individuals can enrol themselves

  • There's no cap on the number of people from the same business

  • No grant to apply for and no expiration date

Accountability and implementation

Turning your learning, development and coaching into action

Over the course of the programme, your progress will be tracked and you will be offered tailored advice and support to meet your goals. You can share this intelligence with your manager and use it to build your own Personal Development Plan.

Membership forums

The online learning, development and coaching forum

Being a member of the High Performers Academy gives you access to our member forums. These are great spaces to share your learnings, ask fellow members questions about their experiences and keep up to date on any membership news.

Live group coaching sessions

An opportunity to ask your coach questions

Phil Budd will run live interactive group coaching sessions for all members to attend. These bi-monthly sessions are a great opportunity to learn more, gather insight from Phil on particular areas of high performance and ask questions to support your learning and development.
