  • Can my team watch a large chunk of the module in one go?

    No and for good reason. We believe that the learning is more likely to turn into action, through drip feeing bitesize chunks of education that is then reflected on.

  • What happens if a member of my team leaves?

    The membership is for your business, therefore if someone leaves your business, their replacement will be able to join the Academy in their place.

  • Can I have different team members on different modules?

    Yes – absolutely. We want the learning to be relevant to the stage a team member is at, therefore you could have some on High Performance, some High Performance in Leadership and others on Introduction to the workplace. We will discuss what is best for you and your team, when you join the Academy.

  • What happens when get to the end of the 12 months?

    The Academy is founded on the principle of continuous learning and improvement. After 12 months, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis. Some of your team at that point may want to transition from the High Performance module onto the High Performance in Leadership module by way of example. We will be adding content to the modules and refreshing some of the content, as new ways of achieving high performance are identified through research and what is happening In the market place. This means that that your team will continually benefit from the Academy and identify ways in which they can improve their potential and performance.

  • Is it possible for you to run some dedicated coaching sessions just for my team, outside of the Academy?

    Yes – please contact [email protected] and a member of the team will be in contact to discuss your needs.

  • Can a team member have access to two modules at the same time?

    Yes, on the basis they allocate sufficient time for the learning and reflection.
