We all have certain beliefs around leadership, based on good and bad experiences. What though does good leadership look like to you? What type of leader do you want to become? This module is all about helping you define this for yourself.

You will be clear on your values, confident in who you are as a leader and have the tools to implement your learnings. We look at examples of leadership, how to lead effectively so that your team members have the environment to become high performers themselves.

Accountability and implementation

Turning your learning, development and coaching into action

As part of your membership, you will be asked to complete an interactive psychometric tool to set a benchmark for your development. Over the course of the programme, your progress will be tracked and you will be offered tailored advice and support to meet your goals. You'll receive reports you can share with your manager and use to build your own Personal Development Plan.

Live group coaching sessions

An opportunity to ask your coach questions

Phil Budd will run live interactive group coaching sessions for all members to attend. These bi-monthly sessions are a great opportunity to learn more, gather insight from Phil on particular areas of high performance and ask questions to support your learning and development.
