The programme

We have all been told by either our teachers, parents or bosses at some point “to do our best” but it can feel that simply doing our best is not good enough or that outside influences makes it difficult to perform at our very best.

The high performers academy is all about giving you the tools, education and coaching so that you can consistently be the best you can be.

The focus is on what is within your control to influence, developing mastery over yourself and taking responsibility of your performance. You will learn a lot about yourself, why you behave a certain way when under pressure, what holds you back, learn what your potential truly is and realize that as you grow and develop, so does your potential.

Accountability and implementation

Turning your learning, development and coaching into action

As part of your membership, you will be asked to complete an interactive psychometric tool to set a benchmark for your development. Over the course of the programme, your progress will be tracked and you will be offered tailored advice and support to meet your goals. You'll receive reports you can share with your manager and use to build your own Personal Development Plan.

Live group coaching sessions

An opportunity to ask your coach questions

Phil Budd will run live interactive group coaching sessions for all members to attend. These bi-monthly sessions are a great opportunity to learn more, gather insight from Phil on particular areas of high performance and ask questions to support your learning and development.
